En retard au checking, une moto en mauvais état, un paiement supérieur au devis fourni par rentalmotorbike, pas de facture. Magasin fermé pour le retour de la moto, après une bonne heure d’attente, une personne est venu, qui ne parlait pas un mot d’anglais, a fait le tour de la moto en deux secondes, a pris les clés et est parti en nous disant que le responsable arrivait bientôt. Encore une heure à attendre sans voir quelqu’un, nous sommes partis prendre notre avion. Nous attendons toujours le remboursement du trop perçu et la facture. Entreprise a fuir.

Op de bevestigingsmail staat een adres wat helemaal niet bij hem hoort. Gelukkig nog contact met hem gehad, anders stond ik verkeerd. De verhuurder kon geen Engels.

I'm a bit conflicted here – they seem like genuinely nice people with a small business, but there was the issue with the mirror. They did deliver my bike to my address for free, that was nice, however they were ultimately an hour late. Also, there was apparently an attempt at theft, and the perpetrators broke a part off. That's my risk for leaving it out on the street in Naples I suppose. However, I was sort of rushed into paying quite a substantial sum for a replacement part. The nice thing is that the rental company allowed me to look for a cheaper part online, but it had to all happen within a day, so I was unable to find any cheaper one. Ultimately I feel that the renter was in a genuine pickle, and it was my own responsibility for leaving it in the street, but I would have liked to have had a bit more time to resolve the situation. I estimate the chance of having been scammed at 10% - 20% :D.

Service was friendly and excellent. Only a language misunderstanding. I had an small accident which was not my fault and produced some small damage on the bike. I could continue without a problem. I thought was not responsible since I was stoped and someone hit me from behind. At the end, I had to be liable for those charges because they thought the accident had been my responsibility. No big deal

Very friendly, very accommodating. I got the dates wrong but he was able to switch things around for me and even sent a taxi to grab us from the airport. The motorcycle was great, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend!

Great customer service and good rental value for a new bike.
