Todo muy bien: estado de la moto, gestión, acogida por parte de los dueños, devolución muy fácil... Lo único es que el horario de 3Motorspoint no coincide con el informado en Rentalmotorbike, los sábados no cierra a las 13:00 sino sobre las 11:30 aparentemente y me enteré de esto 2 días antes de la recogida de la moto; al final, tuvimos que ir con mucha prisa para recoger la moto. Pongo a ambos con 4 porque no sé si el error es de Rentalmotorbike o 3motorspoint.

Service received from the local shop was very good. the motorbike was in excellent condition. There was a slight misunderstanding with the time for returning the bike, but it was easily resolved in a friendly and helpful manor. I appreciate the service received from Cristiano, Luca and Ricky.

El servicio excelente, Cristiano ha sido muy atento y amable y nos ha solucionado todos nuestros requerimientos. Me he olvidado el soporte de mi GPS en la moto y le he pedido a Cristiano que me lo mande por COURIER a mi país y estoy seguro que lo hará lo antes posible. La devolución de la garantía no ha sido re embolsada todavía pero estoy seguro también que será acreditada en los próximos días. Fue una linda experiencia y estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio y la atención. Muchas gracias por todo y hasta una próxima ocasión.
