At your arrival to our rental shop base, we will require your credit card to formalize the franchise deposit. Once the rental is over, we will proceed with the refund according to the hiring contract conditions.

Angabe von Ausweisnummern und vertraulichen Daten sollten per WhatsApp übertragen werden. Es gibt Personen, die sehr bewusst andere Messenger als WhatsApp (Meta) nutzen.

The service was amazing - the girl who dropped off the bike was very nice/helpful/prompt. The bike has some issues - the back compartment wouldn't close properly, it needed an oil change, the bike was dirty. Otherwise it ran well and everything was great.
