A complete muddle. The bike got recalled so I borrowed an unsuitable alternative. When I eventually picked up the bike I requested it had mismatched tyres. The rear tyre was badly squared off - I would suggest it was illegal. After a couple of days I returned the bike early as the tyres made the handling dangerous. I was then double charged. Although the mistake was rectified someone got confused and thought the refund of the overcharge was the bond being returned. As such my credit card was charged for every toll instead of being taken from the bond leading to a lot foreign currency changes. I did eventually get the bond back. All in a poor experience. In their favour the staff were polite and as helpful as they could be

The motorcycle was in excellent condition and their service was good. No problems occured whatsoever.
