Es cierto que a pesar de que no tenían la moto seleccionada disponible (Nmax) y aún dándome una Keeway, el servicio y soporte fue excelente. Me recogieron en el aeropuerto (no me lo esperaba), me incluyeron de manera gratuita el soporte para móvil e incluso un segundo casco. La familia que lo gestiona fue muy muy amable y facilitadora. Encantada.

Nefasto. No me dieron la moto que reserve ni una similar, me dieron lo más parecido a un ciclomotor de 49 cc. Muy mal el servicio al cliente, cobraron 10 euros por la bolsa del casco que les dije que me la deje en su tienda y ella no quería mirar las cámaras de seguridad. He puesto una reclamación por lo sucedido

When I arrived, the bike I reserved was not there and they had to give me another smaller bike. (they where nice to propose a bigger, 300cc but I had no license for that). Unfortunately the bike had no protection in the exhaust pipe and my daughter got seriously burned in the leg. When I was given this bike they could/should have informed me that there was no protection and that this is a dangerous point in the bike. They did not. As a result this big problem occurred. The company gave me a 10 euro compensation for giving me the wrong bike for 2 days but no compensation for the burning. The personal was nice but that doesn't pay the damage, injury, medicines and the manyweeks of health care that are still in process.

Rented Keeway Vieste 125 white 3800 km pretty new - very good conditions - with handy device support totally useful!
Did 800 kms at 40 km/l or 2,5 l/100 kms checked two times and it was amazing. To protect the engine the speed is electronically limited at 102 km/h - checked on highways with speed limit at 100 - also useful ;)

Great experience with Azores Active Rent. We were two people travelling and we rented 2 motorbikes 125cc. Thanks to the vehicles we could explore hidden corners of Sao Miguel.
Great staff, kind, available if needed and caring. Excellent service: deposit in cash, availability, very good conditions of the bikes.

I chose this rental company because it is relatively central and was one of the cheapest. I was a bit skeptical because the company had only recently opened and had no reviews. I was proven wrong. The process was super easy. The scooter was practically new and the boss, Branquinho, was super accommodating. You immediately felt at ease! There were no problems when returning it either. To top it all off, Branquinho simply drove me to the airport because he noticed that I would have walked. That's not something you can take for granted! I'll be back on my next trip to the Azores! :) Don't hesitate to ask if Branquinho has any recommendations... he grew up here and knows his way around very well!
