Il servizio non è buono, si attende per il ritiro e si riconsegna senza che vi sia nessuno. Mi è stata data una moto diversa da quella che avevo fermato senza che fossi minimamente avvisato.

Son Rápidos pero por la devolución de la fianza no responden.lo malo dicen que a los 10 días hábiles te regresan la fianza y no es así, aún no me la han regresado. Por otro lado la moto estaba golpeada, super rayada. Más sin embargo a la hora de alquiler eso sí son muy rápidos.
Très bon accueil, ils s'occupent bien de vous, bonne réception de la moto comme prévu, aucun souci . Je recommande

Da der gemietete Scooter mit Topcase nicht zur Verfügung stand, wurde uns vor Ort ein größeres Modell mit Topcase angeboten. Allerdings nur gegen Aufpreis. Da wir auf ein Topcase nicht verzichten wollten, haben wir das Angebot angenommen.
Der Scooter war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Eigentlich wollten wir das Fahrzeug 5 Tage mieten, weil es aber so viel Spaß gemacht hat damit zu fahren, haben wir später noch einen Tag verlängert. Der Preis für den Verlängerungstag war ok.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

El dueño de Rent Zoom fue muy simpático y atento, me ofreció la posibilidad de devolver la moto al dia siguiente lo cual fue un detalle bonito por su parte. Muy buen trato recibido y sin duda volvería a contratar sus servicios.
La unica pega fueel no poder conducir la Yamaha MT-07 modelo del año 22, al final me ofrecieron otro modelo más antiguo

Friendly, and very service minded. Picked me up and drove me back to the airport. GPS was included even though I didn’t asked for it. A lot of miles on the bike but we’ll maintained so a good week of riding with no problems with the bike.

Réservation effectuée de France avant notre départ. Malheureusement la moto n'était plus disponible et nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement. Le gérant de l'agence de location est au top, il propose même de fournir tous les équipements de sécurité (gants, blousons, pantalons) sans supplément. C'est vraiment une personne très arrangeante, poli, souriante et serviable. Je recommande à 200%

Rossi était très sympa, accueil chaleureux, disponible et même en avance au rdv. Il est très compréhensif et la moto était comme attendu, en parfaite état et avec le pleins.
Retour sans problème non plus.

I originally had a old V strom with over 130,000kms on the clock but it had drivetrain issues.So after the first day, it was exchanged for a lower mileage Suzuki Intruder. However this cruiser style bike was not really suited to the mountainous roads on Mallorca and it was difficult to ride happily. I was then offered a brand new V strom in exchange which i gladly accepted. For the last 3 days of the holiday this bike was fantastic and far better than the previous 2 . At all times, Emanuele gave brilliant service and often went beyond what you could call normal service. I would have no hesitation in recommending to any body that wishes to visit the island.
